CareTen offers personalized home care services to individuals based on their specific needs. Our services include but are not limited to daily living assistance, medical support, and wellness activities performed by Certified Home Health Aides. CareTen is available 24/7, and we are licensed, accredited, bonded, and insured.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use CareTen’s services. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you have the legal authority to engage CareTen for home care services for yourself or on behalf of another individual.
Before receiving services from CareTen, you will be required to enter into a service agreement outlining the scope of services, fees, and other relevant details. The agreement will serve as a contract between you (or the recipient of services) and CareTen.
CareTen services are billed based on the agreed-upon rates in the service agreement. Payments can be made via credit card, insurance claims, or other approved methods. All payments must be made within the specified timeframe, and failure to pay may result in a suspension of services.
